Terms of Service

Last updated: August 14, 2026

The service

Ditto (“we”, “us”, “the service”) is a swipe-to-decide app that helps couples and groups decide on restaurants, recipes, movies, shows, trips, and other choices together. By creating an account or using Ditto, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Ditto. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Ditto — for example, by attempting to access data you don’t have permission to see, disrupting the service, or using it to harass others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Affiliate disclosure

Ditto participates in affiliate programs, including the Amazon Associates program and other partner programs (Booking, Airbnb, VRBO, Yelp, and others). When you buy, book, or order through certain links in the app, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. The Amazon Associates disclaimer applies: “As an Amazon Associate, Ditto earns from qualifying purchases.” Prices and availability are set by the partner and may change. Affiliate relationships do not influence which cards appear in your decks, beyond surfacing the partner link itself.

The service is provided “as is”

Ditto is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular card, price, or availability is accurate. Content such as recipes, restaurant details, and movie metadata is provided by third parties and may be out of date; please verify before acting on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Rodman Law Group and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ditto, nor for the accuracy of third-party content surfaced in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Ditto after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
